A rage room is a fully safe, fully supervised environment where you get to smash, break, and destroy objects to your heart's content. No consequences. No cleanup. Just pure, unfiltered stress relief.

You're geared up with full protective equipment — hard hat, face shield, gloves, coveralls, and ear plugs — then handed a bat, crowbar, or your weapon of choice. Weapon selection varies by session. We crank the music and leave you to it.

Electronics, glassware, car parts, furniture, ceramics — it's all fair game. We rotate inventory regularly so there's always something satisfying to destroy.

No experience required. No fitness level required. Age 13+. Completely legal. Actually encouraged.

Rage room FAQ.

What is a rage room?
A rage room is the place to go when you want to let loose and break some old junk. Whether you're seeking stress relief or celebrating something special, you're sure to enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience. No need to rush off afterwards — we have a lounge to cool down in after your session. Age 13+, with full adult accompaniment required for those under 16.
Do you serve alcohol?
No. We don't feel alcohol and weapons are a great mix. If there is evidence a guest has arrived under the influence of drugs or alcohol, they will be denied access and asked to rebook. Safety first. Our lounge is a place to cool down, grab some water, and visit with your crew after your session.
What do I wear?
Dress to protect yourself from flying glass — long-sleeved shirt or sweater, full-length pants, and closed-toe shoes. We provide a sanitized face shield, hard hat, gloves, coveralls, and ear plugs. When the weather is bad, bring a clean change of shoes. There are hooks in each room to store personal belongings safely.
What are the rules?
We don't have many: Don't smash our walls and doors. Don't smash each other. Use the provided safety gear at all times. Age 13+ welcome, full adult accompaniment required for those under 16. That's pretty much it — go nuts on everything else.
What is your cancellation policy?
All sales are final — no refunds. Rescheduling is available with a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you cannot reschedule, the value will be saved as store credit which can be applied toward any future booking including laser tag and axe throwing. If we cannot be reached by phone, email or Instagram message is required.
Will there be music? Can we record video?
Yes to both. We provide a wide variety of mood music during your session. Please record yourself or your group having a blast and post to social media — tag us @district.306. Use personal devices at your own risk. We cannot replace anything accidentally broken.
What happens when I show up?
Arrive 5 minutes early to check in and ensure each person's liability waiver has been completed. Browse our add-ons as we show you to your private room, complete with weapons and PPE. Once you're settled in we crank the music and leave you to it. As your end time approaches, we'll give you a 2-minute warning. Once finished, we're happy to snap a photo of you before you head to the lounge to cool down.
Can I combine with laser tag or axe throwing?
Absolutely — and we recommend it. District 306 has all three activities under one roof. Call 306-737-9952 to build a custom package combining the rage room with laser tag and/or axe throwing for the ultimate group experience in Regina.
